The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse was built in 1880 and is a 2 story wood framed house with a total living area of 2,325 sf. The first floor is comprised of 1,173 square feet (sf), consisting of a farmhouse kitchen, living room, study, parlor, and bathroom. The second floor has 6 bedrooms at 1,152 sf.  

The farmhouse is built on a ridge overlooking the valley and offers tremendous views of the Adirondacks and Hemenway Hill.

Septic: Older septic system probably non conforming to current regulations.
